Andrew Kirtzman

Andrew and Seth Weissman run all of FIP Ventures' businesses, including the Pavilion, Blue Whale, Canteen, Hotel Ciel, Deck, Rack Gym, Pines Supply Co. and Sugar Shack Spa. Andrew is a life-long Fire Island residenct and owner of The Madison Fire Island Pines, a high-end guesthouse. One of New York's best-known journalists, he got his start as co-publisher of The Fire Island Villager at the age of 17. The two-time Emmy Award winner hosted two of New York's most widely-watched television political shows, "Kirtzman and Co." on WCBS-TV and "Inside City Hall" on New York 1 News. He is also the author of "Rudy Giuliani: Emperor of The City" and "Betrayal: The Life and Times of Bernie Madoff," a New York Times best-seller.
Matthew Blesso

Matt is President of Blesso Properties, which spearheaded the widely-praised redevelopment of the commercial district in 2010 and is currently planning the redevelopment of Hotel Ciel. Blesso Properties is a widely-publicized, innovative and socially conscious development company whose projects have garnered six design awards and broken numerous pricing records. Blesso Properties is also co-owner of 3rd Ward, an art and design center based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Matt is a long-time Fire Islander and committed philanthropist. He is an adjunct professor at NYU, where he also is the recipient of the Bart Lawson Humanitarian Award.
Seth Weissman

Seth Weissman is a managing partner of Weissman Equities, a real estate investment firm he co-founded with his brother Matthew. After graduating from the Wharton School of Business, Seth has worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs & Co. and at the real estate private equity group of Perry Capital where he led hospitality and mixed-use deals including hotel & resort, hybrid condo-hotels and luxury time share transactions. In 2009, Seth was listed as one of Real Estate New York's "30 Under 30" rising stars in commercial real estate and recently was named one of the "Coming Up Fast Power 50" by OUT magazine.
